RETURN OF PRODUCTS

 

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

To make an exchange or return you must contact us at info@maxfoz.com.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

The maximum period to make a product exchange or return is  30 business days from the date of receipt of the order. The refund will be made with the original payment method, whenever possible.

 

It may be exchanged or a refund of the amount requested if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Bulky products are subject to special conditions. In this case: consult.

 

REFUND CONDITIONS BY COUNTRY

The expenses originated in concept of transport, and that will not be reimbursed, will be subject to the following conditions:

  • If the order is returned in the store, only the amount of the items will be refunded.
  • For orders sent to the  Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands :
  • If the original order is less than 39 euros, the amount to subtract when making the refund will be 12 euros. *
  • If the original order is greater than 39 euros, the amount to be subtracted will be 15 euros. *
  • For orders sent to the  Canary Islands **, Ceuta **, Melilla **, Azores or Madeira : consult.

* The amounts indicated include the shipping costs of the order to the customer’s address and the costs of the return shipping to our headquarters.

** For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union, the customs expenses that may have been originated will not be reimbursed.

 

European Union / United Kingdom

For orders sent to the European Union or the United Kingdom (except the territories mentioned above), the cost of the return label by UPS will be 35 euros *. You can also send the product on your own and the full amount of the product (s) you return will be refunded.

If you have chosen the  Return and Exchange Insurance,  the full amount of the order will be returned. In no case will the insurance amount be refunded.

* The amounts indicated include the shipping costs of the order to the customer’s address and the costs of the return shipping to our headquarters.

 

Countries outside the European Union **

Consult.

** For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union, the customs expenses that may have been originated will not be reimbursed.

 

HOW LONG DOES A CHANGE TAKE?

From the moment you send the product you want to exchange until you receive the new one, it will take approximately a week, as long as the product is in stock in our warehouses.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WITH DEFECTS?

The maximum period to request the exchange of the defective item is 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

Once we receive the defective product, we will send you a new one. The change will always be made for the same item or reference.

You must bear in mind that only the first shipment will be billed; Maxfoz will be responsible for the postage corresponding to the recovery of the defective item and the shipment of the correct item.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE DOES NOT MATCH THE ORDER PLACED?

Maxfoz will bear all costs, both for the collection of the wrong product and for the delivery of the correct product.

Maxfoz will not make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt of the item to be returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses, as well as the state of the packaging and its accessories.

 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURN?

In the event that the reimbursement conditions are met, it will be effective within approximately 15 days after we have received the product, and it will be made using the same payment method that you chose in the order, whenever possible.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from his purchase, within the period of 30 calendar days following the delivery of the products, except in the case of an exclusion provided for in the General Law on the Defense of Consumers and Users. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify Maxfoz.
